Who is responsible

What is collected when you submit the form
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company name
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide one
- The service you selected
- Any message you choose to write
- The fact and timestamp of your consent
- Marketing attribution values: which search or referral source brought you to the site, the page you landed on, and any advertising click identifier present in the URL
Your IP address is transiently processed for anti-abuse verification when the form is submitted. It is not stored as a record in the CRM.
What is not collected
This form does not ask for and must not be used to send government identifiers, health information, payment details, passwords, or any other sensitive-category data.
Why it is collected
To respond to your enquiry and to understand which marketing channels produce enquiries. Submitting the form is a request for contact; it is not a subscription to a mailing list.
Anti-abuse verification
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is used to distinguish human submissions from automated ones. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser and your IP address for that purpose. It is a security dependency, not an advertising or analytics tool, and it runs whether or not you accept optional cookies.
Where the information is stored
Submitted enquiries are stored in a self-hosted customer relationship management system operated by the controller on infrastructure located in the European Union. The information is not sold and is not shared with advertising networks.
Optional analytics and advertising
Non-essential analytics and advertising tags are disabled by default. Where they are enabled, they load only after you consent, and you can change that choice at any time from the link in the footer. The contact form works fully whether or not you consent.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Records kept for legal, tax, or contractual obligations may be retained for the period those obligations require.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located you may have the right to request a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, or complain to a supervisory authority. Send such a request to the contact address published on this site.
